In the Vinschgau Valley the rutting season of the red deer starts in autumn. In the Martell Valley guided tours are organized, giving visitors an insight into the deer's life.

The "Sport+Well" centre in Mals is a treat for the whole family - in any season! You can refresh by swimming in the water, work on your service on the tennis court or spoil yourself in the SPA with a relaxing massage. In winter you can choose wether you'd rather warm yourself up in the Finnish sauna or in the bio sauna. You wouldn't need to, anyway, as both types of sauna are available at the Hotel St. Jakob too!
